According to several German language sources (like this one), Joe is in the running to play Erik Schinegger in a biopic. You can find out more about him here. For now, it’s pretty much a rumour, nothing else, but would be interesting if it happened.

In other news, Looper has a release date of September 28th, 2012 according to FirstShowing.net.

So Hesher is out now (in limited release), so go check it out! There’s also a new featurette on it which you can see at Apple. Also, the trailer for 50/50 has gained a Canadian rating and will be released soon. So keep your eyes open for that.

In talks to be in Lincoln

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Joe is in talks to appear in Spielberg’s Lincoln.

Tommy Lee Jones and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, along with Hal Holbrook, James Spader, John Hawkes, Tim Blake Nelson, Bruce McGill and Joseph Cross are in negotiations to join the pic.

Gordon-Levitt will take on the role of Robert Todd Lincoln, eldest son of President Lincoln and the only one to live past his teenage years.
